Montessori Expression Puzzle Building Block Cube Game
We recently spent time testing the Montessori Expression Puzzle Building Block Game to see if it holds up as a tool for emotional learning. This kit centers on a fast-paced matching game where children assemble blocks to recreate faces shown on challenge cards.
Performance & Build Quality
The set consists of sturdy plastic blocks paired with a clear, engaging set of cardboard expression cards. While the cards require gentle handling to avoid creasing, the blocks are durable enough to handle daily play sessions by younger children.
Day-to-Day Experience
The inclusion of the bell adds a layer of excitement that keeps kids engaged during repetitive practice. Setting up the game is simple, and the compact storage box makes it easy to keep all 64 cards organized after playtime concludes.
This is an excellent purchase for parents or educators seeking an affordable, screen-free activity to teach social-emotional intelligence to young children.
Final Thoughts
With an overall rating of 4.41/5, this puzzle set is a solid choice for developing early cognitive and emotional recognition skills. Given the price point of $22.50, it represents a thoughtful gift that manages to balance educational value with genuine entertainment.
